I am 34, kids etc... Middle age is hitting me hard. I had my husband take some pics of me, that I think look ok. Check out my pics on myspace, if you like what you see leave me some comments. Please. But don't leave comments unless you are serious. Thanks for the help.

You are very attractive...confidence comes from within I recommend borrowing library books on self confidence self esteem and assertiveness my wife found those types of books very helpful on re-entering the workplace at around your age.

No one else can give you self esteem or confidence, you have to find it within yourself. First, you can't focus just on your looks. Be proud of yourself as a mother, wife, and as a person. Focus on your interests and hobbies, what defines you as a person separate from being a mom or wife because while those are both something to be proud of you shouldn't let it define you as a person. Get involved in something that you are passionate about, develop yourself as a person, take some college courses, etc. Finally, if your looks are making you feel less confident, then make a decision to do something about it or learn to love yourself the way you are. Do some soul searching. Good luck!

34 is not "middle-age", unless you plan on only living until you are 68. Me, on the other hand, when I was in the 30's I started to realize that there was more to me than anyone thought. In my forties, I realized that there was more to me than I thought! I'm 54 now and have never felt better. I have 3 teenagers, 19, 17 and 14. And my husband is ten years younger than me. Confidence comes with age, and it comes from within. Only you can find the real you, and once you do, learn to love and accept yourself. I'm here if you want more.
